Alternative Home Health Care, South Florida’s leading licensed home health care agency, has hired Robert Glass as area manager. Glass will provide operational management in the Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade county offices.
A former chief operating and financial officer with Palm Beach-based Whitehead Law Offices, Glass brings extensive experience overseeing daily business operations, from accounting and human resources to strategic organizational development. Prior to his position with Whitehead Law Offices, he was executive director of the non-profit Community Health Center in downtown West Palm Beach, where he increased access to health care for the medically underserved by revitalizing the center’s operations.
In his current position as Alternative Home Health Care’s area manager, Glass is responsible for programs, procedures and standards at the company’s tri-county offices. He will work to reinforce Alternative Home Health Care’s positive image as a premier provider of non-medical private duty care throughout the communities it serves.

Glass serves on the Board of Directors of the Community Health Center of West Palm Beach and is a member of the organization’s Governance Committee. Glass is a member of the International Leadership Association. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in international business management and finance from Florida Atlantic University and completed the Master of Science in Organizational Leadership Program at Palm Beach Atlantic University.
