Berger Commercial Realty/CORFAC Senior Vice President Joseph P. Byrnes and Sales Associate John Forman recently represented landlord Riverstone Plaza, LLC in a lease renewal for the Boca Beauty Academy, tenant at the Riverstone Shoppes at 7271 N. State Rd. 7 in Parkland. 
The seven and a half-year (90 month) lease includes 7,775 square feet in the 61,758 square-foot retail center, which is currently 61 percent leased.
“The Boca Beauty Academy’s longstanding success for nearly three decades in the cosmetology field helps anchor this property by drawing a steady flow of students,” Byrnes explained. “The Riverstone Shoppes offers ample parking and a centrally accessible location on the cusp of Parkland, Deerfield Beach and Boca Raton.”
