Kiley Damone has been named the new cultural and community specialist in South Florida for FINFROCK, a design-build firm with a portfolio of parking structures, student housing, office buildings, hotels and multi-family residential units, that expanded operations with a new 140,000-sq.-ft. precast concrete manufacturing facility in Belle Glade.
In her new role, Damone oversees recruitment strategies, employee development and training and new hire orientations. She also represents the company at community events and career fairs, and plans employee appreciation events and social media strategies.

Damone was also recently appointed by Florida Governor Ron DeSantis to the CareerSource Florida board of directors and is a member of the 2022-2023 class of Leadership Glades.
A former human resources manager at FINFROCK’s headquarters in Apopka, Florida, Damone has a diverse background in administration, recruiting and human resources. She is currently enrolled in Everglades University in Boca Raton, pursuing a master’s degree in human resource management. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Washburn University in Topeka, Kansas.
“I am excited about my new position with FINFROCK, which is a family-owned and operated company that collaborates closely with its employees to support career growth, new opportunities and responsibilities,” said Damone. “It’s a privilege to be able to roll up my sleeves and become actively involved in the Belle Glade community, developing jobs and lasting community partnerships.”
