Leading Palm Beach County Companies FINFROCK, Bolay and Cosmetic Solutions
Share Business Successes During Showcase
FINFROCK, the only vertically integrated design-builder and manufacturing company of its kind in the industry who recently announced its expansion into Palm Beach County, shared the stage earlier this month with leading local companies Bolay and Cosmetic Solutions for a Palm Beach County Business Development Board “BDB Entrepreneur Luncheon,” sponsored by JP Morgan Chase & Co.
In March, FINFROCK ushered in an exciting new chapter in the company’s history when it closed on the $36 million purchase of the 94-acre Glades Gateway Commerce Park in Belle Glade, Florida. The Central Florida-based company is currently building more than 140,000 sq. ft. of precast concrete manufacturing facilities and administrative offices on the property to support the company’s growth as a single source design-build firm. Bringing 200 new jobs to the area, the purchase is the largest economic development project in the Glades Region.
“What tipped the scales and made it a no-brainer for us to move to Belle Glade was so much community support,” said CEO Allen Finfrock, part of a third generation of the Finfrock family to lead the 75-year-old company founded by his grandfather. “We just knew that this was the right place to be.”
The “BDB Entrepreneurship Luncheon” is a platform to showcase local success stories in Palm Beach County and support growing businesses and leaders. Moderated by Pam Rauch of Florida Power & Light, speakers included Allen Finfrock of FINFROCK, Chris Gannon of Bolay and Mark Wuttke of Cosmetic Solutions.
“We are proud to be here today to support the BDB and Kelly Smallridge, who were instrumental in making this deal happen,” added Finfrock. “We are working swiftly to finalize construction so we can start putting local people to work and bring more of FINFROCK’s unique design-build capabilities to South Florida.”
