Kaye & Bender P.L. Hosting Q&A Forums For Condominium & Homeowner Associations

FORT LAUDERDALE, FLA. – The law firm of Kaye & Bender P.L. will host a series of free seminars in Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade counties during the next few months to discuss the status of changes to laws and answer questions about condominium and homeowner association issues, laws and hot topics.

“The issues and laws that affect condominium and homeowner associations are difficult to grasp, yet are very important to understand,” said Robert Kaye, managing member of Kaye & Bender. “Part of our philosophy has always been to educate residents, board members and property managers, and these forums provide us with that opportunity.”

The first seminar is on Wednesday, October 28 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at ArtServe, located at 1350 East Sunrise Blvd. in Fort Lauderdale. Additional seminars will be held in Miramar in November, Boca Raton in December and Aventura in January. Interested attendees should specify what seminar they are interested in attending and email their questions for discussion in advance to KayeBenderSeminar@piersongrant.com. Topics not discussed at the meeting will be covered on the Firm’s Web site under Legal Morsels.
