BOCA RATON, Fla. (July 25, 2011) – Morton’s The Steakhouse in Boca Raton will host Celebrity Shake Up!, a celebrity bartending event benefitting the Best Foot Forward Foundation, on Thursday, August 18 from 5 to 7 p.m. as part of Boca Festival Days.
“We are excited to once again partner with Best Foot Forward Foundation for Boca Festival Days,” said Larry Thomas, Jr., general manager of Morton’s The Steakhouse in Boca Raton. “Last year’s event was a huge success and we know that this year will be even better. We look forward to making this a yearly tradition.”
The event’s celebrity bartenders include Frank Barbieri, Chairman of the Palm Beach County School Board; Troy McLellan, President and CEO of the Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce; John Mulhall, Chair of the Board of Directors of the Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce; Professional Auctioneer* Neil Saffer*; Marie Speed, Editor of Boca Magazine; and Angela McArthur Lutin, Director of Flywheel of Boca. Each celebrity will be paired with one of the restaurant’s talented bartenders to serve delicious cocktails, as well as their own signature drinks. Morton’s also will be serving their signature hors d’oeuvres. The evening’s music will be provided by M3 Entertainment.
